About the Trend Finder
This free trend finder shows what people are searching for and talking about right now, by country. Pick a country, then filter by search trends, news, social or tech to see what is moving today.
Twelve countries are covered: India, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia and UAE.
How to use it
- Choose a country from the list.
- Pick a category: All trends, Search Trends, News, Social or Tech & Other.
- Switch between grid and list view using the two view buttons.
What each category is good for
- Search Trends — what people are actively typing into search engines. The most useful category if you write content, because it reflects intent rather than conversation.
- News — stories breaking right now. Good for timing a post so it lands while interest is high.
- Social — what is being discussed and shared. Moves fastest and fades fastest.
- Tech & Other — product launches, tools and industry news.
Using trends without wasting your time
A trend is a window, not a topic. Most of them are gone in two days, so the useful question is not “what is trending” but “does this connect to something I actually cover”.
- Move fast or skip it. Publishing three days after a spike means competing with everyone who was faster.
- Look for the durable angle. A trending news story fades; the explainer question underneath it often keeps getting searched for months.
- Check your own country. Indian and US trends overlap far less than people assume.
- Do not chase everything. A site that covers whatever is trending builds no authority in anything.
Once you have a topic, run your draft through the SEO content analyzer before publishing.

Is the trend finder free?
Yes. No signup, and no limit on how often you check.
Which countries are covered?

How often do the trends update?
They reflect current activity and change through the day. Search trends move more slowly than social ones.

No. It shows what is trending now.
How do I turn a trend into content?
Find the angle that connects to what you already cover, publish quickly, and focus on the question people are actually asking rather than the headline itself.
